Commercial License

All files purchased on alch.shop are for personal use only. You may print, build, and use them yourself, but not sell what you make. An active ALCH Commercial License changes that:

1. Active subscription = active license. While your subscription is active and paid, you may make and sell physical products from covered files — unlimited units, any sales channel. When your subscription ends, the right to sell ends immediately. Items sold while your license was active are always legitimate. You keep your files and your personal-use license permanently.

2. What's covered. The license applies only to files purchased on alch.shop under your own account, whether bought before or during your subscription. Each license covers a defined set of files:

  • ModuBOX — Everything ($49/mo): every ModuBOX file, including woodworking projects

  • ModuBOX — All Printed ($29/mo): every 3D-printable ModuBOX file — boxes, printed projects, organizers

  • Project Licenses ($19/mo): one named project, boxes included — Wooden Assortment Case, Assortment Cabinet, Printed Assortment Case, or Fully Printed Drawer Unit

  • ModuBOX Boxes ($12/mo): all box files, all heights and variants

  • ModuBOX Organizers ($12/mo): all organizer files

  • ModuBOX Home ($15/mo) and ModuBOX Alex ($12/mo): the full respective line

New files released within your license's scope are automatically covered while you're subscribed.‍ ‍

3. Revenue limit. Up to USD 50,000 per calendar year in gross sales of products made from ALCH files. Selling more than that? Great — contact us at Support@chappel.no for an extended license.

4. Never permitted, license or not: sharing, reselling, or redistributing the digital files in any form (original, modified, or remixed); selling digital derivatives of ALCH designs; claiming authorship; using ALCH's product photos or renders in your listings; sharing your license with others. One license = one person or business. These rules survive cancellation.

5. Attribution is optional. "Design by ALCH — alch.shop" is appreciated, never required. Don't imply your shop is ALCH or endorsed by ALCH AS.‍ ‍

6. Ownership. All designs and files remain the property of ALCH AS. This license grants usage rights, not ownership.

7. Termination and law. ALCH AS may terminate a license without refund on material breach — in particular file redistribution. You can cancel anytime from your customer account. Governed by Norwegian law.
